EDIBLE oil specialist Venkadeshwara Agro Industry (VAI) has announced plans to list on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) in the fourth quarter of this year to raise around Rs. 800 million to Rs. 1 billion.
“We are excited about the prospect of becoming the first entity incorporated and operating in the Northern Province to be listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange. We have appointed Corporate Finance Advisor Atarah Capital as Manager to the IPO," said VAI Managing Director Suganthon Managing Director.
