US strike on Iran-backed militia boss

FEARS are growing of spiralling Middle Eastern conflict after a US drone strike killed an Iran-aligned militia leader in Iraq.
The head of Kataib Hezbollah Abu Baqir al-Saadi and two of his guards died when a car, right, was targeted in the capital Baghdad.
The US military confirmed the strike "killing a Kataib Hezbollah commander responsible for directly planning and participating in attacks on US forces".
