Two men charged as woman blasted with sawn-off gun

TWO men have been charged after a woman was shot with a sawn-off gun in a street brawl.

Police attended the scene in Castle Vale, Birmingham, after two gunshots were fired early on Sunday.

Footage captured the scene as a man apparently fired while women were heard screaming.

Police said: “It’s understood a group was involved in a melee but no one was present when officers arrived.

“We have since established that a woman suffered a shotgun injury to her arm.”
