DONALD Trump has axed all trade negotiations with Canada after throwing a furious tantrum over a TV advert quoting Ronald Reagan that dared to criticise his punishing tariffs.

The president erupted in fury after Ontario’s provincial government aired a minute-long film, which featured clips of the late US leader warning that tariffs “hurt every American”.

MrTrump raged on social media that the video was “fake” and “egregious,” before thundering that all trade discussions with America’s neighbour were “hereby terminated”.
