Between Christmas and New Year, my favourite place is the sofa, periodically raiding the fridge. Nothing beats a Boxing Day sarnie – turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce with leftover gravy. Turkey curry is quick and perfect, or try a ham and butterbean pie – creamy and comforting. And if you've got cheese left, turn it into a leftover tart.
