Stella McCartney ex-worker who stole £276,000 found dead

A FORMER employee of Stella McCartney who stole more than £276,000 from the fashion designer was found dead on the day he admitted defrauding her.
Thomas Clarkson, 33, who worked at the designer's fashion house until 2021, had retained access to her company bank details.
He siphoned £276,880.29 from Ms McCartney's account between October 2022 and March 2024 and used the cash to settle his own credit card debts.
Clarkson of Wandsworth, south-west London, later repaid the money and sent a letter of apology to Ms McCartney.
