If your current TV has lost its lustre, now is a good time to explore the upgrades heading our way. New televisions are always launched at the CES trade show, and it’s been another blockbuster year with all the world’s biggest manufacturers unveiling pixel-packed displays in Las Vegas.

The star of the show was Samsung's supersized Micro RGB TV, which measures in at a whopping 130in - that’s over three metres from corner to corner.
