A GREEK speedboat driver who killed a wealthy British holidaymaker on her daily swim has avoided a custodial sentence.
Claire Glatman, 60, from Bedale, North Yorks, was struck by the propellers just 20 yards off a Corfu beach in August 2020.
Charalampos Karbouris, 51, was found guilty of neglect manslaughter and handed a three-year suspended jail term.
