Shipping magnates' daughter 'killed by insect bite'

A DAUGHTER of shipping magnates has been found dead in her flat after an extreme reaction to an insect bite.

The family of theatre producer Marissa Lemos, 29, said she was seen at hospital before her death, but not admitted.

Greek media reported that she was found in bed at her London apartment by a housekeeper.

The daughter of Greek ship owners Diamantis and Bessy Lemos was said to have developed dizziness, itching and a fever three days before her body was discovered. Her family said she was prescribed paracetamol by a doctor who visited her home, but that failed to improve her condition.
