Royals branch out in the great British countryside

KATE and William got back to nature yesterday and proved they're a cut above when it comes to teamwork.

The royal couple joined forces to slice through a branch when they visited a forest school.

But while the Prince donned safety glasses and gloves for the job, it was a bit of a saw point for the Princess, who still has two fingers strapped together after a trampolining accident.

She politely declined the offer of gloves, saying: "I can't even put that on because I've got two fingers stuck together."

William and Kate were joined by children and staff from Madley Primary School at its outdoor education centre in Hereford - where learning in the fresh air is prioritised to boost physical and mental wellbeing.
