Robin'vanished before death'

ROBIN Windsor's army of friends launched a desperate three-day search to save the former Strictly dancer after he went missing last week.

Vincent Simone, who had known the former Strictly dancer since they were 17, revealed that Robin's frantic housemate sparked the hunt.

But they were too late - Robin, 44, was found dead in a London hotel room on Monday.

Vincent, who starred in Strictly Come Dancing with Robin, said he was heartbroken.

"The first thing I thought of when I opened my eyes this morning was Robin. He was the best man I ever met. I was probably one of the first people to find out he had died.
