MARCUS RASHFORD plans to miss Manchester United's summer tour of America in favour of finding a new club.
Ruben Amorim’s Red Devils travel to America next month to ramp up their preparations for the new season.
But Rashford, above, is desperate to avoid going if he has not secured an exit from Old Trafford - and will tell the United hierarchy he wants to remain in England to resolve his future.
It is understood head coach Amorim would not have a problem with the forward not being part of the touring group.
Rashford is expected to snub any approach from Newcastle in favour of holding out for a move to Barcelona.
Reports claim the Toon are keen to sign the 27-year-old this summer in a £40million deal.
