Prince calls for 'bold action' to protect oceans

THE Prince of Wales yesterday warned the oceans were vanishing fast as he told an environmental summit "bold action" was needed to protect the planet.
Addressing the Blue Economy and Finance Forum in Monaco, William said: “We all stand to be impacted and we are all responsible for change, both negative and positive.
“The clock is ticking, 2030 is fast approaching and only 17% of land and 3% of the ocean has been fully protected.
“If we are to reach our goal, we urgently need to take bold action to protect and restore our planet.
