ON THE MEND: Sprinter Sacre will return home today
NICKY HENDERSON has stepped in to cover the veterinary bills for Sprinter Sacre after “confusion” arose over who would pay for the dual Queen Mother Champion Chase hero’s “minor procedure”.
Now 20 years old, Sprinter Sacre has been in the care of Gloucestershire-based Vicki Roberts since his retirement.
