Kyiv demands hospital attack war crime case

UKRAINE is demanding that the International Criminal Court prosecute Russia over the strike on a Kyiv children's hospital.
Attacks across the country on July 8 killed at least 44 including two adults at the Okhmatdyt facility treating youngsters with serious conditions such as cancer and kidney disease.
Speaking from The Hague, where the ICC is based, Ukraine's Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin said: "For the sake of international justice, cases like the intentional attack on the biggest child hospital in Kyiv are worth lifting to the ICC."
