King's soaring praise for RAF bomber crews

THE King followed in the footsteps of his late father yesterday as he presented a new standard to 42 (Torpedo Bomber) Squadron.

In the uniform of a Marshal of the Royal Air Force, he honoured the unit's excellence, past and present, on a visit to RAF Lossiemouth. Charles told a parade: “Your dedication, skill and professionalism are an immense credit to the Royal Air Force and to the United Kingdom.”
