HOLLY Willoughby is finding life's challenges more Bearable these days - inspired by survival expert Bear Grylls.

The pair appear together in Celebrity Bear Hunt, in which 12 stars including Spice Girl Mel B, former tennis ace Boris Becker, Changing Rooms designer Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen and Strictly Come Dancing judge Shirley Ballas learn survival skills in the Costa Rican jungle.

And Holly, 43, who hosts the Netflix show, says working with Bear and learning how he copes with adversity has helped her look to the future without fear and with a smile on her face.
