Give yourself up: Sara's mum begs the little girl's dad
Daily Express
|August 24, 2023
THE grieving mum of Sara Sharif has urged the 10-year-old's fugitive father to give himself up - after another relative said he'd been told the little girl fell down the stairs and broke her neck.
Olga Sharif dismissed the claim made to police in Pakistan by Sara's uncle and said only dad Urfan Sharif knows what really happened to their daughter.
Murder detectives launched an international manhunt after Urfan, 41, called police from Pakistan on August 10 - and Sara was then found dead at her home in Woking, Surrey.
The dad is thought to have flown out of the UK the previous day with his five other children, his partner, Beinash Batool, 29, and brother, Faisal Malik, 28.
Another of his brothers, Imran Sharif, has now given a statement to Pakistani police after Urfan is believed to have visited the family home in Jhelum, 84 miles from Pakistani capital, Islamabad.
