LIVERPOOL would take a refund for Florian Wirtz, according to Joleon Lescott.

Wirtz joined the Reds this summer for £116million but has not yet lived up to his price tag. The 22-year-old is yet to score or provide an assist for Arne Slot's team in the Premier League (boss Slot, below).

Former Everton defender Lescott knows it's too early to issue a definitive verdict, but reckons if Liverpool were offered their money back by Bayer Leverkusen, they would take it.
