Ex-MEP takes on 'the rotten establishment' at by-election

BREXIT stalwart Rupert Lowe has asked voters to back him in a key by-election, even though the constituency is to be abolished.
The former football chairman yesterday announced he would be standing as the Reform UK candidate for Kingswood, South Gloucestershire, on February 15.
A by-election is being held after ex-Tory MP Chris Skidmore quit over plans to allow further licenses to drill for oil and gas in the North Sea. He held a 11,220 majority.
