Drug dealer caught by murdered cop jailed for five years

A DRUG dealer has been jailed after he was caught by PC Andrew Harper six months before he was killed.
The newlywed died in the line of duty in August 2019 when he tried to stop youths stealing a quad bike.
Now cocaine and cannabis dealer Rakesh Singh, 27, who was pulled over by PC Harper in February 2019, has been jailed for five years.
Oxford Crown Court heard that Singh had been pulled over by PC Harper after he tailgated the officer's unmarked police car.
Singh accelerated his BMW to 100mph and began tailgating another vehicle prompting PC Harper to flip on his blue lights and pull him over.
