Call to back social media ban for kids

A BAN on social media for children under 16 moved a step closer last night, as Labour and Lib Dem MPs were urged to join forces with Tories and change the law.
The House of Lords amended the Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill to include a ban, after it was backed by peers of all three parties.
It will now be debated in the Commons.
