Aston reply adds to Max intrigue

There has been an interesting change in the way Aston Martin are approaching the incessant rumours suggesting Max Verstappen could be joining them in the future.

The latest claim comes from Italian media and a three-year deal worth £75 million per season is reportedly on the table te tempt the Dutchman to quit Red Bull.
Aston Martin have the cash to finance such a deal, through billionaire owner Lawrence Stroll and help from title sponsors Aramco.
Driver salaries are outside Formula One's budget cap, so no concerns there.
