£26,000 payout for coughing in face during pandemic

A BOSS must pay more than £26,000 for purposely coughing in an employee's face at the start of the pandemic after she expressed fears about Covid.
Kevin Davies, father of Wales rugby union international Gareth Davies, set out to "ridicule and intimidate" the worker at his car sales and property firm over her health fears, a tribunal heard.
Days before the first lockdown in March 2020 the woman asked fellow staff at Cawdor Cars to social distance from her because she suffered from psoriatic arthritis and an autoimmune condition.
