13 held in raids on small boat suspects

SENIOR members of a Channel migrant smuggling gang have been arrested during raids in France and Germany.
Investigators believe the Iraqi crime network bought dinghies in Turkey and stored them in German warehouses, before transporting them to the French coast.
It is understood Britain's National Crime Agency provided crucial intelligence on their routes.
The NCA said 13 people were held after 500 officers stormed safe houses in Germany's North Rhine-Westphalia and Baden-Wurttemberg regions on Wednesday. Several suspected high-ranking gang members now face extradition to France.
