SUPERFANS of Super Hans donned their running shoes last month to take part in a Peep Show-themed marathon.

Around 100 Peep Show enthusiasts ran 26.2 miles from Croydon to Windsor in honour of a scene from the hit show.

The inspiration for the run came from a line said by drug-addicted Super Hans, played by comedian Matt King.

He calls up Robert Webb's Jez while trying to get clean and says: "I've accidentally run to Windsor" after going out for a sprint to the local shop.

Runners weaved their way out of the capital last month, through Wimbledon, Kingston upon Thames, and Staines towards Windsor Castle.

Throughout the course, participants were greeted with mile-markers adorned with references to the show, such as one that said: “Four miles, Jeremy? Four? That's insane.”
