Tributes paid to kind and passionate councillor

TRIBUTES have been paid to Cheshire East councillor Chris Hilliard who sadly died last week.

Flags will be flying at half-mast on the council’s main office buildings as a mark of respect to Cllr Hilliard, who was elected to represent Wilmslow in 2023, as an Independent member.
