Garage conversion application given green light

A GARAGE conversion was put forward near Crewe.
The householder proposal arose at 13 Black Croft Close, Shavington where planning officers at Cheshire East Council were told by applicants Mr and Mrs Nolan the intention was to convert an integral garage into a habitable room.
The request related to a detached dwelling, according to a report.
The surrounding area was a relatively new-build estate with a varying mix of houses forming part of the Basford West development.
Aspects of the Shavington Neighbourhood Plan relating to new housing and parking would be considered.
