AN area of Coventry has been found to be a property hotspot.
House prices are rising in Walsgrave faster than any other part of the city.
The CV2 postcode has an average house price of £222,455 five per cent higher than in 2024.
There were a total of 406 sales in this part of the city last year. In comparison, house prices in other parts of Coventry rose no higher than one per cent year-on-year, with prices falling in some areas of the city.
And homes in Walsgrave are affordable too with one of the lower average prices in the city. Outside of the city centre, homes in the CV6 Holbrooks area were the cheapest, with an average price of £215,732.
