LOTUS ELETRE'S PLUG-IN APPEAL

Lotus is hoping to broaden the appeal for its Eletre SUV with a new hybrid model. The Eletre X builds on the standard electric-only Eletre and is essentially a range-extender hybrid, using a 148bhp generator that replenishes the battery when it is in motion.
