Digital ID cards won't smash the gangs just our civil liberties

LABOUR'S proposal for every adult in the UK to have to carry compulsory Digital ID, or 'Brit Card' although dressed up as a tool to tackle illegal immigration, is simply the next stage of the police state that they are building to crack down on any citizen who disagrees with them.
Post a Facebook status critical of mass immigration? That'll be 'good citizen' points deducted from you! Refuse a vaccine? That's you blacklisted from using the NHS! Write a letter to the newspaper sceptical about man-made climate change? No foreign holidays for you from now on as we are removing your passport! This is the slippery slope manifest. I doubt it will do much to tackle illegal immigration, only mass deportations will achieve that, as the people smuggling gangs will just find a way around it as they always do, as they can already use fake passports and even q
