Commercial unit and flats plan rejected
Coventry Telegraph
|November 24, 2025
POTENTIAL parking problems and noisy neighbours have resulted in plans for four apartments and a commercial unit off a busy Coventry road being refused by council planners. Tarvan Singh had hoped to build on a vacant plot of land in Bell Green Road, near the junction of the A444 Jimmy Hill Way.

According to agents MacDougall Architecture, it was likely to have been part of the former Morris factory site, much of which has now been covered by the AT7 Centre and Retail Park.
The plans would have seen a commercial unit on the ground floor with four apartments above - a mixture of one and two-bedroom units.
