Members of Lesbian Gays Bisexual Transgender Queer Intersexual + (LGBTQI+) community conducted a dialogue to raise awareness about the challenges they encounter daily in the community.

The awareness, which was held at Isivivana in Khayelitsha on Saturday 5 July, was organised by Triangle Project in conjunction with Free Gender and Western Cape National Prosecuting Authority (NPA).

Speaking on behalf of the Triangle Project, Analo John, who is an activist described the event as the first of its kind. He said the aim is to share their experiences and come with the resolutions.

Triangle Project is a nongovernmental organisation that fights for the rights of the LGBTQI+ communities by offering professional services.
