A WIDOWER who lost his wife after more than five decades of marriage is pleading for the public’s help to recover her jewellery stolen during a burglary.

Avon and Somerset Police are keen to hear from any potential witnesses who may know more about the burglary which took place at a property in Cheddar last month.
The force said that an unknown person entered a property in Round Oak Grove, Cheddar at around 8pm on Thursday, October 30 and and stole jewellery, including:
