Union Coal and Mines Minister G Kishan Reddy on Sunday said that owning a home in India is no longer just a dream but an emotional necessity for families.

He was speaking at the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2025, held at Hitex Exhibition Center, Madhapur.
Addressing the gathering, Reddy said that a house is not merely a structure but becomes a home filled with memories and emotional bonds.
“A customer buys a house from you and turns it into a home tied to a sentimental bond. That is why everyone—real estate developers, regulators, state governments, and the Centre—must work together to fulfill this dream,” he said.
