Eturunagaram Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Shivam Upadhyay, IPS, emphasized the vital role of meditation in promoting mental peace, emotional balance, and overall well-being. He was addressing a gathering at a Yoga Mahotsavam organized on Sunday at the local police station premises under the guidance of Yoga Guru Erramkani Rambabu. Highlighting the numerous benefits of meditation, ASP Upadhyay stated that the practice contributes to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. “In today's fast-paced world, meditation acts as a powerful tool to center the mind and bring about inner harmony,” he said.
