Five killed, one injured in road accident in Amethi

Five people were killed when an ambulance carrying a dead body collided with another vehicle in the Shukul Bazar of Amethi district here in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday, police sources said here.

Police said that this accident happened early this morning on the Purvanchal Expressway when the ambulance carrying a dead body from Haryana to Bihar hit a pickup vehicle from behind.
