AN Elsies River family is desperately appealing for help to find their missing autistic 17-year-old daughter, who disappeared on Thursday.
Zoe Joshua left their home in Salberau with her three-year-old niece Jermica Andrews without informing anyone.
After a search, Jermica was found safe and unharmed yesterday morning in Kleinvlei, but Zoe is still missing.
Concerned mother Michelle Joshua explained that Zoe has disappeared in the past, which has caused the family anguish, having been reported missing in April 2021.
According to information she received, Zoe dropped Jermica at an aunt's house in Kleinvlei.
"Jermica was playing in the yard with a friend and Zoe was in the house. We always lock the security gate but on Thursday the gate was not locked," Joshua said.
