FOLLOWING the grave miscarriage of justice recently in the Omotoso case, the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) now has further egg on its shameful face with the extradition of Moroadi Cholota - ex PA of former Free State premier Ace Mageshule — from the US now being deemed to be unlawful.
