Cebu Landmasters, Robinsons Land dominate 2025 PropertyGuru Philippines Awards

CEBU LANDMASTERS, INC. (CLI) and Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) secured major victories at the 13th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards on Aug. 15, cementing their standing as leading developers in the country.

RLC clinched the event's highest recognition, Best Developer, for the fourth consecutive year. It also brought home Best Luxury Developer, Best Sustainable Developer, and Best Developer in Luzon.

Among its projects, The Mall at NU-STAR bagged Best Retail Architectural Design, Best Retail Development, and Best Retail Interior Design. Its co-working facility, work.able GBF Center 1, was named Best Co-Working Space, while The Victor at Bridgetowne earned Best Landmark Design.

Aragon-GoBio, president and chief executive officer of RLC.

Robinsons Hotels and Resorts, a subsidiary of RLC, brought home Best Hospitality Developer and Best Operational Hospitality Portfolio. The Fili Hotel Bridgetowne project also won Best Hotel Development.

In commercial development, Robinsons Offices received Best Commercial Developer with GBF Center 2 and added two design excellence awards.

RLC Residences won Best Mid End Condo Development with its Sync project, Best Completed Condo Development with The Residences at The Westin Manila, Energy Efficiency Award and Sustainable Design Award, along with I-Land, Inc.

Robinsons Land Foundation, Inc., on the other hand, bagged the Social Impact Award with RLove.
