ALEX EALA talked about how she progressed from last year's tournament after she advanced to the round of 16 of the Miami Open following a 6-3, 7-6 (2) victory over Poland’s Magda Linette on Sunday in Miami, Florida.

"I think I have matured a lot [from] last year," she told the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA). "I have been put in high-pressure moments which is I am so thankful for."
