ACEN to inject SPAV with P1.15B

ACEN Corp. announced it will inject P1.15 billion into its wholly-owned subsidiary Giga Ace 8 Inc. to finance the construction of a 300-megawatt peak solar power facility in Zambales.
In a regulatory filing, ACEN said it entered into a subscription agreement with Giga Ace 8 to subscribe to a mix of common and preferred shares totaling P1.15 billion.
