Moment to cherish for Adams at Rams' awards

EBOU Adams said he was “lost for words” after scooping the two major prizes at Derby County's end-of-season awards last night.
The summer signing from Cardiff City won the Jack Stamps player of the season award as voted for by the fans and also clinched the players’ player trophy following a stellar season.
Adams consistently performed well in a tough campaign and it was enough to earn the captain's armband when John Eustace was appointed head coach in February.
Having put pen to paper on a permanent deal from Cardiff City last summer following a hugely successful loan spell, which was a significant signing in the club's promotion from League One, the Gambia international has been an excellent recruit.
After picking up both awards at a ceremony at Pride Park Stadium, the Rams midfielder said: “I’m very much surprised.
