THE comedy of Hancock’s Half Hour is still proving a tonic 70 years after it first launched on the BBC.
Tony Hancock's character Anthony Aloysius St John Hancock lived at 23 Railway Cuttings, East Cheam, and cut a distinctive figure in his black homburg hat and an overcoat almost as long as his face.
