Housing Plan for 950 homes and more green space
Bristol Post
|May 13, 2025
Plans for a new neighbourhood centre as part of the 950-home North Warmley development Bloor Homes South West
A HUGE new residential development of 950 homes and an expansive public green space is being planned for Warmley.
The North Warmley proposals are open for public opinion, with developers promising a 'significant extension' to Warmley Forest Park.
Bloor Homes South West says the majority of the site in Warmley, equivalent to around 42 football pitches, will be converted into accessible open space. The land is presently privately owned.
The rest of the site will accommodate up to 950 new homes, including 'affordable and age-friendly housing,' according to the plans.
