Blackpool's Oliver Gooch is preparing for his toughest endurance test yet - a 24-hour nonstop track run at Stanley Park to raise awareness and funds for men's mental health through Movember.
Oliver Gooch takes on toughest Movember challenge yet
The run begins at 5pm on Friday, November 14, with Oliver aiming to complete a full day and night of continuous laps in support of men's health.
This will be Oliver's third Movember challenge. Four years ago, he ran 10k every day throughout November. He says this latest feat will be "by far the hardest one yet," but felt it was vital to push himself to the limit for a cause close to his heart.
