Planners approve bid for changes at housing estate

Planners at Wyre have granted permission to a change of layout to a housing development already well under way at Poulton.

Changes to a housing development off Tithebarn Street in Poulton have been approved by planners

Baxter Homes had previously been granted permission to build 48 homes on land south of Tithebarn Street, bordered by Berrys Lane, which had once been used for the stabling and grazing of horses.
