New figures show visitor numbers bouncing back

Visitor numbers to Fylde have bounced back to pre-pandemic heights, with more than 277,000 enjoying St Annes during August.

The figures, captured through footfall monitoring funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, represent an eight per cent increase in St Annes compared to the same time last year, while neighbouring Lytham wasn't far behind with a 7.3 per cent rise in visitors in the same month.
