Huge variety in house prices across the city

THE areas of Birmingham which experienced the biggest fluctuations in house prices over the past 12 months have been named.
-
Properties in some areas surged in value, while in others thousands of pounds were wiped from asking prices in a mixed year for homeowners.
Prices suffered the biggest drop in the city centre and Digbeth.
