ACTOR Martin Clunes heads off on yet another plum gig - which he calls an "odyssey" - this time exploring islands strewn across the Atlantic Ocean.

His adventure takes him from the jungles of the “African Galapagos”, via Madeira, the Azores and the Faroe Islands, to the frozen heart of Greenland.
And he cheerily informs us: "From tropical lost worlds to the feeding ground of whales to the thundering glaciers of the Arctic, volcanoes erupting from the sea.
